Hit by washing machines falling from 30ft
The expert from
Harley Street Charles Clarke FRCP "Consultant Neurologist" report for
the defendant, allegedly saying something interesting.
(these
follow up out-patient notes give relatively little information. they
end with the comment on 3rd September 2004 " very serious memory
loss… considered with her injury although she had not had head
injury.? depression.")
The problem with memory is not in my view
related to the head injury and I doubt that it has an organic cause
though this is remotely possible. For example the memory loss, which in
practical terms would only be seen to this degree in advanced dementia
could be fictitious.
But you can see for yourself. Someone is blind at the hospital that wrote those notes or someone is lying?
